ATHENS, GREECE, November 13, 2023 – Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. (“OET”) (Oslo Bors: OET) has been notified that on November 13, 2023, VR Capital Group Ltd. (“VRCG”) and VR Global Partners L.P. (“VRGP”), closely associated parties with primary insider and member of the Board of Directors of OET, Joshua Nemser, sold respectively 56,642 shares and 243,358 shares in OET at a price of NOK 290.50 per share.
Following the transactions, VRCG holds 109,805 shares and VRGP holds 471,767 shares in OET.
