ATHENS, GREECE, August 29, 2023 – Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. (“OET”) (Oslo Bors: OET) has been notified that on August 29, 2023, VR Capital Group Ltd. (“VRCG”) and VR Global Partners L.P. (“VRGP”), closely associated parties with primary insider and member of the Board of Directors of OET, Joshua Nemser, sold respectively 3,987 shares and 17,130 shares in OET at a price of NOK 270.00 per share.
Following the transactions, VRCG holds 166,447 shares and VRGP holds 715,125 shares in OET.
