ATHENS, GREECE, August 19, 2023 – Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. (“OET”) (Oslo Bors: OET) has been notified that of the following transactions by a fund managed by QVT Financial LP (“QVT”), legal person closely associated with primary insider and Member of the Board of Directors, Daniel Gold:
August 16, 2023: sold 58,823 shares at NOK 261.4626 per share.
August 17, 2023: sold 37,765 shares at NOK 262.7211 per share.
Following the transactions, QVT holds 1,467,986 shares in OET. Primary Insider notification, pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) article 19, is enclosed.
