ATHENS, GREECE, August 12, 2023 – Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. (“OET”) (Oslo Bors: OET) has been notified that on August 11, 2023, a fund managed by QVT Financial LP (“QVT”) sold 56,736 shares in OET at a price of NOK 266.7088 per share, and accordingly, QVT crossed below the 5% threshold.
QVT hereafter owns a total of 1,626,756 shares in OET, or 4.95% of the registered share capital. QVT’s CEO and founder, Dan Gold, is a member of the board of directors of OET.
