November 2, 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. (“OET” or the “Company”) on November 2, 2023 regarding OET’s contemplated listing of its common shares on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”). It is expected that the Company will elect to report on corporate governance in compliance with certain rules under NYSE regulations (and not the Norwegian corporate governance code “NUES”) and the Company is proposing to make certain amendments to its current second amended and restated bylaws and amended and restated articles of incorporation.
