The Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) of Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. (the “Company”) was duly held today, on May 16, 2019 at 15:00 local time (UTC+3) at Ethnarchou Makariou av, & 2 D. Falireos str., 18547 Neo Faliro, Piraeus, Greece pursuant to a Notice dated April 25, 2019.
The following resolutions were passed:
- The audited financial statements and the annual report of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2018 were approved; and
- The remuneration of the Company’s independent auditors, Deloitte Certified Public Accountants S.A., of €150,000 for the audit of the year ending 2019 was approved.
